When a fee exists
A fee exists only if you arranged research by telephone or email — for example a weekly drop briefing or a series timeline map — and we sent a written figure that you accepted by the same channel. That arrangement is not completed through a form on this site.
If the work has not started
If you cancel by email before research hours begin, we do not request the fee. If you already transferred money by a method agreed in correspondence, we return that amount by the same method.
If a draft was delivered
If we already sent a briefing, timezone sheet, or archive table, the fee for that delivered packet is not returned. If a factual dating error is ours — a wrong ICT conversion that we failed to correct after you pointed it out — we reissue the packet without an extra fee.
What this policy does not cover
Marketplace purchases, Veve account charges, and any third-party fees are outside Toolkit Flow Core. We cannot refund a comic we never sold.
